AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: Yes RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: No relocation assistance available CLEARANCE TYPE: AU-Protected (Baseline) TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time Description Your Role As the Continuous Improvement specialist, you will Identify, drive and support program-wide improvement initiatives Lead the optimisation and implementation of processes and systems Provide improvement advice in start-up phases or business projects, highlighting issues, constraints and risks Support change management across functionswhilst influencing and leading an innovative culture Use customer insights, data and technology trends to guide service innovation Partner with internal teams to support timely project delivery Develop and maintain process documentation and Continuous Improvement registers and facilitate Continuous Improvement Councils About You You're a strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and a passion for driving meaningful change. Armed with your working knowledge of LEAN principles you will provide subject matter expertise to the C27J Program. You will also bring: Excellent coaching, communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to solving problems and managing priorities Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into action Ability to lead cross-functional teams Experienced in leading change, delivering innovative solutions resulting in improved customer and business outcomes Experience with a wide range of business improvement tools and techniques Qualifications in Project Management, Business Analysis or other relevant qualifications desirable Experience in implementingLean practices would be highly advantageous.
