We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Personal Care Workers to join our community-focused team, servicing Melbourne’s inner West suburbs and surrounding Western region. This position requires consistent availability Monday to Friday , with Friday shifts being essential . As part of our community-focused team, all staff must have a reliable vehicle, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and be ready and willing to travel throughout the region to support clients in their homes. Travel is a core requirement of this role. About the role Our Home Care Workers provide assistance to our clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include: Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home) Engaging in social activities as required. Domestic assistance / housework.
