Job Description As our Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, supporting month-end reporting, and assisting the Finance team with maintaining accurate financial records. You’ll work closely with department managers to ensure timely processing of invoices, reconciliations, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions Managing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations Daily banking and cash flow reconciliations Assisting with payroll preparation and compliance requirements Supporting month-end and year-end reporting processes Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to resolve queries Providing general administrative and finance support to the Finance team
