Job Description WIN NEW DISTRIBUTION IN THE LEADING CATERING/FOODSERVICE GROUPS Deploy hunting list system and diagnose mutual value propositions with potential customers Deploy category, data, and industry insights, developing value-add and benefit-based sell-stories Manage and overcome objections, influencing multiple key stakeholders and decision makers Increase depth of distribution and negotiate target sales volume and financial outcomes EFFECTIVE BRAND EXECUTION Deliver outlet execution against Red Bull measures, in-store and online Create customer launch programs & customer joint business plans Ensure Red Bull is activated at the point-of-decision and is included as an option in ‘Meal Combos’ Deploy incremental sales strategy, using occasion-based messaging to drive incremental purchases Secure mass placement of point-of-sale items in accounts Develop promotional program inclusive of ‘Limited Time Offers’ PREMIUM BRAND ACTIVATION Deploy Red Bull Consumer Promotions within Catering/Foodservice customers Engage and integrate Catering/Foodservice customers into Red Bull owned events Drive development of customer-specific consumer promotion Foster branded collaboration within Red Bull (with our Marketing team) and with the customer Input into the Red Bull business planning cycle
