We are seeking a proactive HSE Systems Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in keeping our Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) systems running smoothly. This role will suit someone who enjoys combining their technical system skills with a passion for safety and compliance. You’ll support our teams across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring our HSE systems are accurate, effective, and easy to use. What you’ll be doing: Administer and maintain our HSE systems (incident reporting, risk management, compliance registers). Provide first-line support and training to system users across the business. Generate reports and dashboards to help leaders make informed decisions. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HSE requirements. Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives. What you’ll bring: Experience working with HSE systems and/or system administration. Strong IT and data management skills (Excel and reporting tools). Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance. Clear communicator with the ability to support and train others.
