We’re here for you every step of the way. Our Civil Consumables team is growing and Jaybro Group is looking for a commercially minded and data-driven Procurement Analyst to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to combine analytical expertise with procurement insight to support decision-making across our Supply Chain function. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports as well as interpret the data and trends to provide insights to the business to support procurement & supply chain decision making. Analysis of inventory levels and supply trends to support inventory optimisation to prevent shortages and reduce slow moving and obsolete inventory Coordinate reviews of slow moving and obsolete stock by working with the Category Manager to identify actions to reduce. Provide root cause analysis of stock outs and work with the relevant Buyer to review and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate, clean, consistent vendor, item, and inventory replenishment records. Analyse supplier price changes to evaluate the financial impact to the business and ensure supplier pricing remains accurate and up to date within the ERP. Identify potential products that could be sourced from overseas suppliers, taking into account stock turns, MOQs and containerisation. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, procurement, or a related field. Proven experience in analysing large data sets within complex organisations and have an ability to interpret the data and provide valuable insights to the business. Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced level Excel and experience with business analytic platforms such as Phocas or Power BI Prior experience working with SAP would be highly regarded Strong attention to detail, is a self-starter and is highly organised Exceptional communication and time management skills with strong business acumen If you'd like to join a winning team and a company with a fantastic culture, apply now!
