Key Duties & Responsibilities: Install, service, and maintain traffic signal equipment and intelligent traffic systems. Conduct fault-finding, diagnostics, and timely repairs to minimise downtime. Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance in compliance with safety and quality standards. Calibrate, test, and commission new and upgraded equipment. Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and record-keeping of service activities. Respond promptly to urgent service calls and breakdowns. Support project delivery by assisting with system upgrades and new installations. Ensure compliance with electrical and workplace safety standards at all times. Work collaboratively with team members, contractors, and clients to provide high-quality technical support. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order. About You: Trade qualifications or relevant experience in electrical, electronics, or related fields. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Commitment to workplace health and safety. Flexibility to work on-call or after-hours as required.
