About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR and Safety Business Partner to join our team in this true generalist HR role. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HRBP will drive strong engagement with a broad range of stakeholders – managing an end-to-end generalist HR portfolio. Key responsibilities Engagement with business stakeholders in the execution of operational and strategic outcomes in support of the people strategy Managing an end-to-end HR generalist portfolio – from employee relations; safety; recruitment through to talent, performance, and culture. With a focus on building capability, you will provide support and coaching to team members and key stakeholders across the business You will be a team player who can work autonomously while also being able to contribute and grow within a collaborative environment. About you Previous experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments ideally in retail A degree in Human Resources or Safety related field (preferred). Experience across the HR generalist discipline and comfortable in an end-to-end HR environment, including IR/ER, safety and recruitment. Ideally, experience managing &/or supporting strategic people projects. Excel lent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Confident with HR & Safety systems and Microsoft Office (experience with Rippling, Safety Culture and Deputy whilst not a pre-requisite would be beneficial) This role presents itself as a great opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator or HR Advisor looking to take the next step or an HRBP looking for a change.
