The Role Our People & Culture Partner will support our Australian operations and help deliver our People plan globally, with a key focus on working closely with our leaders to drive a high-performance culture. You'll be hands-on, working across the full HR remit, with a mix of operational and tactical work and strategic projects. We’re growing and evolving, which means we have some ambitious transformation projects for you to get involved in. You’ll report to our Head of People & Culture, who is based in New Zealand, and will be our primary P&C contact in Australia. Key responsibilities: Own the end-to-end employee experience in Australia, including onboarding, engagement, cyclical activities and offboarding processes Support our leaders in ensuring we’re bringing the right people into our business to support our growth, including owning onshore recruitment Coach people leaders to drive individual and team performance Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives Advocate and role model a global company approach, fostering collaboration across our international teams About you: We’re fast-paced and agile, and we hope you are too!
