Salary Range – $75,000 - $80,000 Business Location – Mildura VIC 3500 Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Analyse training needs by consulting with managers and evaluating business objectives. Design and develop tailored learning programs, training materials, and e-learning solutions. Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for staff at various levels. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and evaluation tools. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in learning and development methodologies. Support organisational change initiatives through capability-building programs. Ensure compliance with relevant workplace training standards and legislation. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in training and development, instructional design, or organisational development. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple training projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
