The APS6 Divisional Support Officer will be required to undertake coordination and administration work that is complex in nature, and work under limited direction with reasonable autonomy and accountability. The Divisional Support Officer will exercise both initiative and judgment in the interpretation of policy and in the application of processes and procedures The key duties of the position include What You'll Bring As the Divisional Support Officer, you will be accountable for and experienced with: • Organising and prioritising the workflow of the divisional office and providing advice to divisional staff in particular BSOs, to ensure the smooth and timely creation of high-quality, accurate divisional materials. • Work closely with the Executive Officer and Executive Assistant to support the Division Head and will exercise sound judgment in relation to sensitive issues, including understanding when and how to escalate matters. • Develop and maintain positive working relationships across the division and the Agency more broadly.
