The Role: Due to exciting growth, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate HR Officer to join our team. This role offers exposure across all key HR functions, helping you develop a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, HR reporting, and more. The Candidate: The successful candidate will be a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Human Resource Management or a similar discipline. You will be proactive, motivated and have good time management. High level communication skills and a genuine interest in working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders are essential. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Supporting HR administration across the full employee lifecycle Assisting in maintaining HR systems, policies, and compliance registers Helping interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and legislation Providing timely support on HR and payroll queries Building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels Essential Skills / Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (or similar discipline). Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety. Current National Police Clearance. High level of attention to detail. Valid Driver’s Licence – “C” Class. Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently using own initiative and within a cohesive team environment. Good judgement and a flexible approach. Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities. Willingness to assist a variety of stakeholders all at levels.
