You’ll be the one who makes that happen, connecting schools to the right support and building partnerships that change outcomes. Your role in the story As our Relationship Manager, you’ll lead our growth in schools by: Generating new leads and opening conversations Building trust with school leaders Developing tailored proposals that solve real problems Closing deals that expand our reach and deliver outcomes Growing and nurturing existing accounts Capturing insights that shape our strategy and bundling You’ll be autonomous, strategic, and deeply connected to the value we deliver while being backed by a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, educators, and therapists. The tools you’ll need to succeed You’ll thrive in this role if you: Bring 3–5 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, or account management Are highly self-motivated, organised, and accountable for your performance Build trust quickly and feel confident networking, cold-calling, and presenting Communicate persuasively and can craft tailored proposals that close deals Are commercially minded and driven by purpose Use CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) to maintain visibility, follow-through, and insight Knowledge and understanding of how the education sector works Adapt to changing priorities and can balance growth with mission Care deeply about equity in education and supporting underserved communities Want to be part of a values-driven team, not just another sales job Why Learning Links?
