In this role, you will act as the go-to person for our clients, ensuring their goals are understood, documented, and supported through data-driven insights, day-to-day operational management, and proactive communication. You will also play a key role in growing client relationships by identifying opportunities, guiding renewals, and ensuring BaseUp continues to be a trusted partner. You'll be responsible for Reports, reviews and recommendations Use BaseUp data to demonstrate impact and generate actionable insights. Prepare and deliver reports and program reviews, logged and tracked in Jira. Cross-selling and growth opputunites Identify relevant opportunities to foster and expand client relationships. Contract Renewals Drive renewals by demonstrating value and strengthening partnerships. Track renewal success rates and outcomes influenced by your involvement. Account Management Support the needs of our clients’ day-to-day operations. Skills you'll need 2 Years Experience as a CSM Minimum 2 years experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role. Data Driven Comfortable working with data to create reports, insights, and recommendations Project Management Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously Jira / CRM Tools Strong working knowledge of Jira or similar customer management tools/CRM is a plus! Presenting to ASX accounts Proven success managing and presenting to clients. Managing publicly (ASX) listed companies will be highly regarded. Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
