We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Retail Sales Assistant to join our team and support customers undergoing sleep disorders. Part-Time Role- 2 Days a Week Tuesday and Wednesday This store-based role combines customer service excellence with clinical support, offering a rewarding opportunity to work closely with customers, physicians, and healthcare professionals. Job Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, both in-store and over the phone. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and titration studies for sleep-disordered breathing. Collaborate with physicians to develop personalized treatment plans. Educate customers and families on sleep disorders and therapy options. Fit and recommend CPAP masks and equipment tailored to individual needs. Provide setup, training, and ongoing support for CPAP therapy. Follow up with customers to ensure therapy compliance and satisfaction. Promote and upsell products and services based on customer needs. Maintain a clean, organized clinic and retail space. Handle payments, manage banking procedures, and oversee stock levels. Job Requirements Experience in retail or customer service (healthcare experience a plus). Excellent communication and active listening skills. Calm, compassionate, and solution-oriented under pressure. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
