Join a top agency in the inner north west - growing fast and dominating! - Excellent remuneration to be made here - what you put in will work well for you! - Salary up to $70,000 super plus commissions for each property leased This role is perfect for someone currently working in property, looking to further their current skills and have the ideal stepping stone to allow them to become a Property Manager in time if so desired. The main part of this role will involve showing property for rent, providing feedback from open homes to owners, approving applications. A great candidate for this role has… Previous property experience perhaps in reception or assistant property management (must have) A strong desire to assist people on the hunt to find their dream rental Really good communication skills Be able to work autonomously and part of a strong team culture A great attitude and customer centric! A willingness to learn and develop An ability to self-manage both time and output A current driver’s license A current Cert 4 in Real Estate/Agents Rep certificate Salary on this role is up to $70,000 plus excellent commissions for each property leased!
