About the position: This position is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to the internal and external clients of the Aquarena. Act as the first point of customer contact, respond appropriately and effectively to all queries, support and promote the services on offer to internal and external clients. Key accountabilities: Provide timely and accurate assistance with general enquiries from internal and external customers, in person, by telephone and email. Reconcile POS transactions, banking and records in accordance with City financial guidelines. Process all transactions for pro-shop sales, entry and membership fees. Position requirements: Successful applicants would ideally have previous experience in a customer service or retail position. Seeking applicants that may be interested in casual hours in a customer service position at the front counter of the Aquarena on an as needs basis. Completion of a pre-employment medical including alcohol and other substances testing is required of all positions at the City. Remuneration and benefits: The Casual Customer Service Officer position has an hourly rate of $26.3447 to $33.5517 per hour plus 25% loading, dependent on knowledge, skills, experience, age and qualifications.
