Base pay range A$900.00/yr - A$970.00/yr About the Role My client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of large scale technology transformation projects. This role is end-to-end in nature, spanning project initiation, business case development, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to ensure business needs are translated into effective, scalable solutions. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on delivering modern, secure systems with no legacy constraints. Your Duties Lead requirements elicitation and documentation across multiple projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies. Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and define scope, functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with technology providers to develop test cases, business acceptance criteria, and training materials. Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure traceability from signed-off requirements to final delivery. Identify and manage risks, scope changes, and interdependencies across business processes. About You 5 years' experience in business analysis within large, multi-disciplinary transformation projects. Strong capability in process modelling, functional specification writing, and stakeholder engagement. Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technology solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. Experience with airport or airline technology systems is advantageous but not essential.
