You’ll be accountable for store performance and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Manage daily store operations with accuracy and consistency Build a performance culture rooted in service, trust, and results Coach, mentor, and develop team members for long-term growth Implement visual merchandising aligned to seasonal campaigns Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and store presentation Build rosters to balance trading needs and team capability Monitor KPIs and support your team to achieve targets Ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting and administrative processes Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional store environment Represent the store as a proud ambassador in all interactions The Ideal Candidate: You are approachable and professional, with leadership experience in retail or fashion environments. You understand that success comes not only from results but also from building a culture of trust, collaboration, and development. You’ll Bring: Previous Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience Proven success in achieving sales results and KPIs Passion for menswear, styling, and exceptional customer engagement Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Knowledge of retail operations, including rosters, stock control, and reporting Commitment to ethical practices and delivering premium service What’s In It For You?
