Group HSE Manager – WA Our business is growing across engineering, construction, demolition and asbestos removal. We’re looking for a Group HSE Manager to lead safety across our projects, workshops and offices. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the COO. You’ll be hands-on with our teams and managers, driving HSE strategy, embedding safety into the culture, and making sure our systems keep pace with growth. What you’ll be doing Leading the Group’s HSE strategy and systems Overseeing ISO accreditations, audits and investigations Coaching leaders on site and in workshops to lift safety performance Managing incidents, reporting and insurer liaison Driving continuous improvement in safety culture and systems What we’re looking for Diploma or higher in HSE (or similar) Strong ISO systems and compliance experience Background in construction, engineering, demolition or asbestos removal Skilled in audits, investigations and risk management Ability to coach, influence and communicate across all levels Current driver’s licence, willing to travel to sites The offer $160,000 super Dual cab ute fuel card WA based, Malaga office If you want to step into a role where safety is backed from the top down and embedded into every part of the business, we want to hear from you.
