You can also make a real impact managing and leading a culinary team through a very busy day while still having a vigilant focussed attention to detail. About the Role: Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations. Work with premium-quality seasonal produce to create exceptional dishes. Supervise and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring smooth food production and a healthy team culture. Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs. Always maintain kitchen health and safety standards. About You: Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a similar multi outlet refined venue environment, with experience managing medium to large teams through a busy service. Strong culinary knowledge and ability to work efficiently under pressure while remaining calm. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. A genuine passion for the culinary industry and a positive, collaborative approach to teamwork. Full working rights in Australia are required. This role offers a more daytime focussed work week and will at times get very busy, but also have its down times in between the peaks.
