The opportunity: Join our Business Services team as a Workforce Scheduler, where you'll ensure scheduling excellence while meeting critical compliance requirements. As our Workforce Scheduler, you'll be responsible for creating compliant rosters and managing attendance administration through VRTP's workforce planning system, delivering results within established deadlines. This role requires a strategic approach to workforce planning, balancing multiple quality measures including optimal resource allocation, equitable scheduling practices, productivity objectives, and operational resilience. All scheduling decisions must align with regulatory requirements, industrial agreements, company policies, and established guidelines. Key aspects of the role: • Produce compliant, high-quality rosters that meet business objectives • Administer attendance management systems efficiently and accurately • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and industrial frameworks • Balance fairness, productivity, and operational needs in scheduling decisions Your impact: As a trusted advisor within the Business Services Division, you'll serve as a key point of contact, providing expert guidance, coaching, and support to stakeholders across the organization on all workforce scheduling matters. Your day to day: • Co-ordination of Time & Attendance Platform • Scheduling across the VRTP business • Business Engagement What you’ll bring: • Workforce Planning Systems ‘hands-on’ experience (preferably UKG – Workforce Dimensions) however any Attendance Management and/or rostering or payroll systems advantageous. • HR or similar qualification desirable. • Working knowledge of Awards/Agreements. • Experience in a similar role advantageous. • Strong communication, organization and time management. • Team player with strong customer focus and attention to detail. • Able to work at any Village Roadshow Theme Park property as required. • Ability to work on any day including weekends with flexible hours.
