We are seeking a genuine Sales Leader who can drive a culture of high performance, coach sales reps into true Business Development professionals and lead from the front with customer engagement. You’ll nurture long-term relationships, improve commercial acumen across the team and bring a solutions-focused, deal-making mindset to this true industry leader. The Role Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll own delivery of annual revenue and profit targets with a clear mandate to grow market share in Victoria. You’ll set the rhythm for execution: planning, coaching, pricing, negotiation, forecasting and cross-functional alignment to win and retain the right business. What You’ll Do Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and developing a business development culture; Stay hands-on with sales: instigate and lead customer meetings and model best-practice execution; Nurture key customer relationships, deepen trust and expand scope across key accounts; Design and implement new sales initiatives/programs to capture target markets; build new client streams; Price and negotiate with confidence, providing expertise on pricing schedules and bringing advanced negotiation to complex deals; Solve problems fast: resolve escalations and service issues to protect CX and retention; Forecast and report: develop monthly/quarterly/annual targets; manage pipeline/CRM hygiene and accurate results reporting; and Monitor competition & market trends; oversee the development and submission of quality tenders/bids. What You’ll Bring Demonstrated Commercial acumen, with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets; Strong interpersonal leadership with the ability to lead, coach and lift a sales team; Capability to build and execute sales & marketing strategy; sound analytical and process discipline; Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive, creative and results-driven; Ideally a proven track record solution selling to government or private education customers; and Willingness to travel as required.
