We’re seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join a high-performing IT solutions team. In this role, you’ll focus on building strong client relationships, driving customer success, and delivering measurable outcomes that improve and optimise client technology environments. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to executives, ensuring retention, growth, and long-term value, while championing a culture of excellence and collaboration. What you’ll be doing Relationship Management – Build and nurture trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and become their advocate. Customer Success – Resolve technology challenges, project issues, and service needs by leveraging internal resources. Growth & Retention – Deliver annual technology plans, identify opportunities for improvement, and strengthen client engagement. Executive Engagement – Lead strategic conversations with C-level stakeholders, presenting insights and shaping future roadmaps. Administration & Reporting – Prepare client packs, proposals, and reports with attention to detail and accuracy. What you’ll bring Proven success in client-facing roles, with at least 5 years’ experience in customer service and 1 year in a technology-focused role . Strong business acumen with the ability to create win-win outcomes. Solid knowledge of core business technologies and best practices, with the ability to communicate them confidently at executive level. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly across Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Resilience, integrity, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
