Job Description Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a motivated, personable and organised Receptionist that is looking for a stable, long-term role in an established firm. This role is central to keeping all parts of the firm working by prioritising incoming and outgoing correspondence, building a good rapport with our clients and staff and providing administrative support to operational and management teams. Candidates enthusiastic about innovating, growth and continuous learning with ambition to bring continued efficiencies from software or process improvement would fit well with the growth mindset of the firm. Suited to a candidate that is experienced in reception and administrative roles, you bring key qualities of reliability and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Management of phones, mail and staff calendars; Outgoing correspondence via Docusign and other integrated online platforms; Efficiently manage regular maintenance of our client and process databases; Support Professional staff with ad-hoc administrative support; Data entry and preparation of templated reports; Management of office facilities and meeting rooms; Build and develop team and client relationships; Qualifications & Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Reception or Administration role Good working knowledge of Office365 Good working knowledge of Docusign or similar Desirable Certificate/qualification in Business Administration, or similar Working knowledge of Xero/Xero Tax/Xero Practice Manager/FYI Docs About You High attention to detail High standard of ethics and professionalism Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive “team player” Good written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
