Your Organisation A highly respected school, renowned for its excellence in education from Kindergarten through to Year 12, is currently seeking a Temporary Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to and Executive Director until the end of Term 4. This temporary full-time position offers the chance to work in a warm, community-oriented environment that values professionalism, care, and collaboration. You'll be joining a team that is supportive, inclusive, and passionate about delivering a high standard of education and service. This is a full time role working Monday - Friday from 8am until 4pm and will be until the 19th of December 2025. Your Role Provide high level support to the Director Diary management Coordinating meetings Event management General administrative and office management duties Responding to queries on behalf of the leaders Assist with coordination of mail outs Collate internal and external communication Assist admission team with administrative tasks Document and report production Provide administrative support for Ad hoc projects Planning and support for end of semester exams Your Profile You bring a polished, professional presence and exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal. With proven experience in providing high-level administrative support, you're confident using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with school systems such as TASS, SEQTA or SIMON is a bonus, though not required. You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and builds strong, respectful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders alike. Integrity, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality are qualities that define your work. Detail-oriented and quick to adapt, you learn new systems with ease and can manage your workload independently while collaborating effectively within a team. You are naturally proactive, anticipating needs and taking initiative to resolve issues before they arise, ensuring seamless day-to-day support. While previous experience in the education sector is highly regarded, it’s not essential for success in this role. Why This Role?
