Join the BRC Team – Casual Kitchen Roles Available! We’re gearing up for a busy end to the year and the lead-up to Carnival – and we’re looking for six (6) reliable, hard-working casuals to join our on-call kitchen team! We’re hiring for two key roles: 1. Kitchenhand / Steward Help keep our kitchen running smoothly – duties include: Deep cleaning equipment and benches Pot washing, sweeping, hosing, waste management Handling chemicals safely Basic food prep like peeling and cutting General support where needed 2. Pantry Hand / Kitchenhand Support our chefs and food prep team with: Cleaning and general kitchen upkeep Simple food prep – think salad garnishes, sandwich making, baking, steaming Assisting chefs with basic plating and prep tasks What we’re looking for: Good spoken English and communication skills Team players who can take direction and work well with others Early risers – shifts can start from 7:00am (Mon–Sat) Manual driver’s licence is a bonus Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, learn fast, and be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!
