The Role We’re looking for a strategic and analytical thinker to join our Corporate Development team as a Senior Analyst. This role plays a key part in enhancing Pepper Money’s sustainability and governance practices, while supporting investor reporting, capital management, and strategic planning initiatives. You’ll work across a broad range of responsibilities—from ESG reporting and market analysis to capital forecasting and investor communications—helping to shape the insights that drive our long-term growth. ESG Reporting & Analysis: Contribute to the development of ESG reporting aligned with AASB S2, including building out metrics, data sources, and performance tracking. Investor Communications: Prepare and enhance reporting for debt and equity investors, delivering clear insights across financial and non-financial metrics. Market & Industry Insights: Support strategic assessments through competitive analysis and market positioning reviews. Capital Management: Assist in producing cash flow forecasts and variance analysis to support funding decisions. Operational Support: Manage day-to-day aspects of corporate debt facilities, including interest payments, utilisation requests, and reporting. About you You’re a commercially minded analyst with a strong grasp of financial reporting and strategic analysis. Here’s what you’ll bring: Financial Expertise: Experience in financial modelling, FP&A, and business performance reporting. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the financial services landscape and regulatory environment. Analytical Thinking: Ability to use data to answer strategic questions and track performance. Investor-Facing Experience: Skilled in preparing external investor documents and presentations. ESG Familiarity: Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as AASB S2 is highly regarded.
