We are seeking a Change Analyst to join our team for an initial 3 month contract. This position will be focussed on change analysis activities as part of an enterprise operational workflow management transformation initiative Typical Duties Perform impact assessments to identify and address change areas Develop and execute change and adoption strategies Prepare reports and process maps Facilitate workshops Deliver training programs Key Selection Criteria Experienced with change analysis / management within large transformation initiatives Demonstrated experience within the federal or state government environments is highly regarded Expertise in business process mapping and solution development Ability to facilitate workshops, communicate change and run training programs Strong stakeholder engagement skills Exposure to workflow management tools or system transformations
