WOW Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our established Medical Logistics client in Macquarie Park. Macquarie Park – Onsite Salary: $34 per hour super Temp with opportunity to become permanent Please note, PR or Citizenship is essential for this role Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently Coordinate order bookings, returns, and modifications, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders Accurately input data into systems in a timely manner Assist Coordinators/Allocators with job-related inquiries and changes Address customer concerns, including pricing and quotations, with professionalism Cultivate strong relationships with carriers and customers Provide administrative and operational support as needed Contribute to refining and enhancing existing policies and procedures Requirements: Previous customer service experience in an office environment. Experience of working in logistics would be preferred - highlight anything relevant in a cover letter. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
