About the Role: Your Impact You'll be the crucial link, liaising with customers, drivers, and logistics partners to ensure every delivery is executed with precision. This isn't just customer service; it's about meticulous coordination of vital shipments. Key Responsibilities: Manage outbound cal ls for freight updates and inbound calls for inquiries Special focus on "hyper care" radioactive and urgent medical shipments using GPS tracking for critical planning. Collaborate closely with drivers, supervisors, and logistics partners to swiftly resolve issues and maintain seamless operations. Coordinate order bookings and modifications , ensuring clear and constant communication with all stakeholders. Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with drivers, carriers, and valued customers. Actively contribute to refining and enhancing existing policies and procedures to boost efficiency. What You'll Bring: Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a logistics customer service role is highly preferred. Proven customer service experience in an office environment, ideally within a contact centre setting. Flexibility with hours and shifts, able to work 8-hour shifts rotating between 4 AM/6 AM - 12 PM , with availability for extra shifts as needed. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills . Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various web-based tools.
