Description Job Description Hybrid opportunity 3 days in office Sydney Create your best future and join Westpac as Marketing Manager What’s the role: We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for Westpac Commercial Banking and Private Wealth. In this role, you’ll work across both B2B and B2C marketing, developing and executing integrated marketing programs that support business growth, deepen client relationships, and deliver meaningful value to our high-net-worth (HNW) and Commercial customers. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, and specialist teams to create targeted campaigns, thought leadership content, and industry-aligned marketing strategies that position Westpac as a trusted partner for our customers. What do I need? Financial services experience along with B2B and B2C experience preferred Background in marketing to Business and high-net-worth audiences is highly advantageous Understands full funnel metrics with strong capability in strategic planning, campaign management, content development and amplification. Insight driven with ability to use data to inform decision making and rationalize marketing priorities. Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to create positive outcomes. Monitor and regularly report on portfolio performance to identify opportunities to optimise in-flight performance to ensure delivery against targets.
