Join our UNITE Program as a Data Engineer and help design and build data pipelines that simplify our technology landscape and deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a permanent role based in Sydney or the Gold Coast (multiple roles available). You’ll work hands-on with modern data platforms like Azure Data PaaS, Snowflake, Teradata Vantage and Informatica, while applying analytic thinking to solve complex problems and shape customer outcomes. What do I need? Hands-on coding skills in Python, SQL and Informatica ETL. Hands-on experience with big data processing frameworks such as Spark and Kafka. Proven experience deploying solutions in production for large-scale programs. Familiarity with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake Services, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Cosmos DB, Snowflake and Teradata platforms. Understanding of data modelling, governance and architecture principles. Ability to translate business logic into scalable technical solutions. Collaborative mindset with an agile and innovative approach. Experience building or applying agentic AI to automate design, development, and testing tasks is a plus. Why join us?
