The Opportunity This is an exciting leadership opportunity within our housekeeping department as Housekeeping Team Leader (Part Time) . The successful applicant will have prior experience leading a team in Housekeeping preferably in a large 5-star establishment and be able to demonstrate leadership qualities, high standards and commitment to The Tasman service ethics. About the Role Responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping operation Working from 9:30am – 3pm up to the business need Responsible for arranging housekeeping attendant allocations Identify training requirements for housekeeping associates Liaise with front office About You Previous experience in a similar role is essential Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication/influencing skills High levels of organizational and planning skills Proven experience building a strong culture Rigorous commitment to accuracy and attention to details Integrity and professional Experience with a variety of hotel systems Full working rights in Australia To Apply Please apply through Marriott Careers today.
