Position Available : IT support Location : Richlands depot, Brisbane About the Role: As an IT support you will be responsible for the daily assistance of a variety of internal ICT tasks. Along with being able to assess problems with IT equipment, operating systems, database management, websites, and application/software programs. Key Responsibilities: Provide IT Support to internal stakeholders across the business. Problem solving and IT troubleshooting. IT project management and support. Analytics and process improvement. Skills and Experience: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or previous experience in IT Help Desk/Service Desk environments. Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage daily workloads.
