We’re seeking a strategic and operational leader to join our Executive Team as Chief Operating Officer (COO)—a pivotal role in guiding our service delivery, organisational culture, and long-term sustainability. Description Reporting to the CEO, you will: Lead operational performance across all service areas in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards. Drive financial sustainability, oversee budgets, and ensure robust governance. Lead ICT strategy and adoption of innovative technologies. Ensure services are safe, reliable, and person-centred. Oversee property, fleet, and risk management functions. Collaborate with the CEO, Board, and Executive Leadership Team to deliver on Araluen’s strategic plan. Skills And Experiences About You You are an accomplished leader in the disability, community, or human services sector, with: Significant operational leadership experience in a complex service environment. Strong understanding of the NDIS, compliance requirements, and sector challenges. Proven ability to balance operational efficiency with high-quality, person-centred supports. Strong financial and resource management skills. A collaborative leadership style, with a commitment to inclusion and integrity.
