About the role We’re looking for a skilled and proactive EUC Support Specialist to provide end-user computing support across our generation sites. This role is essential to maintaining operational continuity, resolving technical issues, and ensuring safety and compliance across all locations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and contractors to deliver timely solutions and support. What you'll be doing Deliver remote and onsite EUC support to ensure smooth site operations. Escort and supervise contractors onsite, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Execute and oversee site processes in line with company standards. Support network infrastructure including servers and switches. Respond to ad-hoc technical requests and resolve issues efficiently. Apply and uphold HSE processes to maintain a safe working environment. Manage tech assets and spares, including criticality assessments. Perform administrative duties including purchase order (PO) management. Travel to remote sites to provide hands-on technical support. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving capabilities. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and contractors. Manage ITSM tickets and contribute to service performance reporting. Act in alignment with AGL’s values to drive collaborative and effective outcomes. About You Experience in EUC support. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently with excellent time management. A valid driver’s license and experience driving in rural areas. ITSM experience and understanding of service management processes. Familiarity with SCADA systems and generation site operations (preferred). Foundational cyber security knowledge.
