Job Description $60,000 – $65,000 super Office based – Airport location 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday Permanent, full-time Role requirements Previous experience in Finance Administration Strong communication skills and confident, proactive approach High accuracy and attention to detail Reliable, organised and a collaborative team player Intermediate Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounts systems Experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential Job responsibilities Manage full Accounts Receivable function including invoicing and reconciliations Proactively chase outstanding payments and resolve queries efficiently Accurately process cash allocations, receipting and banking Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients Deliver timely support for reporting and month-end processes Perform office administration duties as needed Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and wider accounts team Apply: To apply, click Apply on SEEK or contact Jessica jessica@psgaus.com.au for a confidential discussion.
