Tidal Solutions is seeking a Permanent Part-time (30 hours a week) Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our internal trades and site-based roles. We specialise in maintenance services for the mining industry, offering fixed plant engineering, fabrication, project work, and complete maintenance solutions. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal hires across a range of roles, including but not limited to: Trades Assistants Mechanical Fitters Boilermaker Welders Site Supervisors Riggers / Dogman Paint and Blast Administration / Accounts Your daily tasks will include: but not limited to Writing and posting job ads Screening and shortlisting candidates Coordinating interviews and reference checks Liaising with hiring managers Managing onboarding and compliance documentation Maintaining our candidate database Procurement / Mobilisation What We’re Looking For : Previous recruitment experience , ideally in blue-collar or trades-based roles A strong background in mining or industrial sectors Excellent communication and organisational skills Confidence working autonomously in al, fast-moving team High attention to detail and a proactive approach Ability to work from our Canning Vale office during set hours (9am–2pm, Monday to Friday) Why Join Tidal Solutions Supportive and down-to-earth team culture Opportunity to make a real impact as we continue to grow Convenient Canning Vale location with on-site parking 30 hours hours a week
