Key Duties Motion Design & Video Production Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for videos, campaigns, social media, and digital platforms. Edit and produce polished video content, integrating voiceovers, sound effects, and music. Contribute creative concepts and bring innovative storytelling ideas to life through motion. Graphic Design Deliver supporting design assets, including layouts, thumbnails, and marketing collateral. Apply brand guidelines consistently across all design outputs. Ensure all creative work reflects a strong sense of brand, detail, and visual impact. Collaboration & Innovation Partner with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to develop impactful creative solutions. Contribute new ideas and fresh approaches to strengthen brand storytelling. Manage multiple projects and deadlines, maintaining high quality and consistency. Key Competencies Core Experience 3 years’ professional experience in motion graphics and graphic design (corporate, media, or agency experience preferred). Proven track record of creating compelling motion and design assets. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field. A strong portfolio showcasing your motion and graphic design work. Technical Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (Audition or similar audio tools desirable). Strong design execution across both motion and static media. Creative Expertise Strong eye for detail, visual storytelling, and brand application. Ability to balance creative innovation with consistent brand standards. Experience in data visualisation is a plus. Collaboration & Communication Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines effectively.
