Description The Opportunity We’re on the lookout for a Media & Content Manager who’s passionate about creating smart, engaging campaigns that truly hit the sweet spot! In this role, you’ll lead the charge on media and content strategy across digital, social, print, and broadcast channels - bringing together creativity and strategy to deliver standout brand experiences that support our business goals. Reporting to the Head of Digital Customer Experience, you’ll do this by: Leading media strategy and content amplification across paid and organic channels, collaborating with agencies to deliver integrated campaigns. Executing media plans across digital, BTL, ATL and partnership channels, managing agency relationships, optimising performance and ensuring effective tracking, reporting and communication of campaign activity. Driving content strategy and creation across media channels, ensuring engaging and audience-tailored content. Overseeing our organic social media strategy, including guiding content creation, community engagement, influencer collaboration, and performance reporting. Executing media campaigns and providing strategic recommendations to support in-bakery activity, and as always, optimising performance and maximising ROI. Let’s hear about you! We’re looking for a digital marketing professional with proven experience in FMCG or retail settings, and who is (digital) Marketing degree qualified. You are well versed in ATL and BTL media execution, especially when it comes to driving results through BTL channels. You are confident to lead media activity from concept to execution and successfully overseeing social media channels - direct, digital, ATL, BTL and organic social are all part of your tool kit! You know how to build strategies that deliver results and resonate with target audiences, and you’re ready to bring that expertise to Bakers Delight! You’re a strategic thinker with sharp project management skills and a flair for performance tracking. You lead by example, are confident to manage a small team, can communicate with clarity, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
