Here's a little more about the role Onboarding of new staff members - ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to Conducting annual performance reviews and periodic check ins throughout the year Providing ongoing training and support as required Ensuring all documentation is compliant with industry legislation, Fair Work and WHS requirements The ideal candidate(what we are looking for) A minimum of 2 years experience in HR or similar role within the Real Estate Industry A Certificate IV (Class 2 Licence) or Class 1 Strong organisation and time management Exceptional knowledge of legislation within Real Estate Must be experienced with Fair Work & WHS regulations An approachable demeanour and passion for getting the best out of people!
