Learn and grow with us as we tackle the most complex challenges in helping more people to experience a lifetime of hearing. 12 months contract SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation Attractive daily rates We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead development initiatives within the Retained Systems domain, as part of Cochlear’s S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation Program. This role will be pivotal in managing the delivery of both internal development teams and third-party vendors, ensuring seamless integration with the broader program objectives and timelines. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage development projects within the Retained Systems space. Coordinate and oversee deliverables from internal Cochlear development teams and external vendors. Ensure alignment with the overall S/4HANA program roadmap, milestones, and strategic goals. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Proactively identify risks, manage issues, and drive timely resolution. Facilitate clear and effective communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to Cochlear’s quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Provide regular project updates and reporting to program leadership. Required Skills & Experience Proven track record in managing complex IT projects, preferably within SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations. Strong background in the manufacturing sector; experience in medical device manufacturing is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and internal teams within a large-scale program environment. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 13485 (preferred). Professional project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
