Temporary full-time until 30 April 2026 with possibility of extension Parramatta office location with flexible working supported Clerk Grade 7/8 with salary range from $113,574 to $125,720 super Our Project Officer is responsible for managing establishment and organisational charts, supporting contingent labour engagement, and overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on process improvement. The role also provides recruitment support to ensure the effective selection and engagement of candidates across a broad range of roles. You will advise hiring managers on recruitment and selection processes and act as independent panel member on Planning Group recruitment panels ensuring compliance with DPHI recruitment practices, assist with Planning Group’s Planning Officer PO1A rotation program and other programs including g the bulk recruitment campaign and develop and maintain a comprehensive database, manage shared inboxes, and utilise the records management system in accordance with government records management policies. You will bring experience in providing a range of project support including establishment management, recruitment approaches, and policies, processes and legislative requirements, with knowledge of human resource information systems within the NSW Public Sector. Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite and Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience (essential).
