This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with our CEO and Corporate Services Leadership Team (Chief Risk Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of People & Culture). As their trusted partner, you’ll manage executive priorities, drive governance processes, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. About the Role This role is full-time, three to four days a week in the office. Other responsibilities may include: Managing calendars for C-suite executives by scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and booking rooms, providing day-to-day support Key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders Attending internal meetings, document outcomes, and support various team members across administrative tasks Coordinating and managing PCT company-hosted events, overseeing logistics, venues, catering, and budgets Assisting with internal and external event coordination, reception, and board meeting logistics Coordinating strategic meetings, priorities, and follow-ups across the PCT division Leading and collaborating with business support teams to drive operational efficiency Preparing board papers, financial reports, and governance materials Supporting internal and external communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement Oversee travel arrangements, expense management, and administrative processes to support executive and team needs. About You To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring: 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally from a financial services background Proven experience coordinating board activities Exceptional stakeholder management and gatekeeping instincts Strong Microsoft Office skills and tech-savviness Discretion, loyalty, and a calm presence Resilience, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset.
