Reporting to the Team Leader – Employer Obligations, this position acts as the primary operational support to the Team Leader and serves as the subject matter expert and escalation point for complex cases, queries and complaints. Description You’ll have the opportunity to: Coach and support team members to deliver high-quality, compliant outcomes Act as first point of contact for complex escalations and stakeholder queries Lead the case management of debt recovery matters and support third-party agency activities Deliver training, support quality audits and help uplift team capability Collaborate across the business and influence continuous improvement in systems, processes and service delivery Skills And Experiences Sound like you?
