With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Projects & Quality Manager to join the Electronic Medical Record team within the Digital Health Division, for a fixed term position commencing 10 October 2025 to 28 July 2026.   About Northern Health: Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.  About the Role: The EMR Projects & Quality Manager is responsible for the oversight and delivery of approved EMR projects, including preparation of business cases, scoping of business and software requirements, project management and establishment of project resources. The EMR Projects & Quality Manager in collaboration with the Director EMR, Clinical Informatics team and the business, is to set the roadmap for future EMR projects and determine the priority of works, based on the strategic requirements of the organisation. The EMR Projects & Quality Manager is also responsible for establishing an EMR quality program including review of EMR related incidents, risks and conducting regular EMR workflow reviews.  To be successful in this role you will have: Experience and good working knowledge of Oracle Health EMR clinical information system Proven ability to manage large scale projects Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders within the organisation and with an eye for detail Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight time frames Ability to implement a quality improvement program in monitoring the use of the EMR  Next Steps . . .
