As a Business Development Manager at Jaybro, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and drive business success. We are seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers with a minimum C Class Drivers License to join our team based in Geelong. In this role, you will play an essential part in upholding our brand promise by ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our products. This position involves not only driving but also engaging in warehouse operations, embodying our core values in every aspect of your work. Key Responsibilities: Safe and Reliable Delivery: Deliver products to customers in the Geelong area with timeliness and care, ensuring all items arrive in excellent condition. Warehouse Operations: Play a vital role in picking, packing, and maintaining stock levels to support warehouse efficiency. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a professional, helpful manner, providing outstanding service. Quality Control: Verify the quality and accuracy of products prior to delivery, ensuring Jaybro’s high standards are met. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and maintenance on delivery vehicles to ensure reliability and safety. Requirements A minimum valid C class license is required. Experience in multi-drop deliveries and knowledge of Geelong area highly preferred. Physically fit and able to lift packages up to 20kg. Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
