About the Role This is way more than just a desk job! You’ll be out there every day connecting with Drivers and Operators to help them succeed, ensuring they feel valued every step of the way! You will play a key role in keeping our network strong, building relationships, promoting our brands and ensuring every partner feels supported. You’ll: Follow up new operator and driver leads Support Drivers and Operators, helping them onboard, keep up to date with our systems, keep them accountable as part of our Code of Conduct and help them grow their business Attend events, tradeshows and fleet activations Visit regional networks to provide support when required Share insights with internal teams to align on growth strategies Promote the 13cabs and Silver Service brands with passion About You We’re looking for someone who’s confident, approachable, and thrive on connecting with people. You know how to turn a chat into action, and you understand what keeps our Drivers and Operators motivated.
