As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the benefits function of the business, including but not limited to superannuation and settlement processes. You will work collaboratively with various claims management teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and efficient processes. Additionally, you will provide specialised oversight within different areas of the Compensation and Benefits Team. How you'll make an impact In this position, you'll undertake the following: Providing a professional and customer centric Workers Compensation claims service through efficient monitoring and oversight of some of our centralised functions Providing support in data analysis and reporting to contribute to streamlining processes and improve overall efficiency Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues Delivering high quality customer service towards all parties, and demonstrate a commitment to learning and development Learning about differing employment awards to further your understanding about how remuneration cycles and structures operate for various employers About you What are we looking for?
